A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after his car overturned over near the Duver, Seaview, on Saturday.
Gary Lloyd, of High Salterns, Seaview, was arrested following the incident on Oakhill Road, which occurred at around 2.30pm.
The 59-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Polo was arrested and subsequently charged with drink-driving after his car ended up on its roof.
He will appear before Island magistrates on Tuesday, October 1.
His male passenger was uninjured, a police spokesman said.
No other vehicles were involved.
