MOTOR RACING: Motoring enthusiasts across south London will be gearing up for the second Motor Racing Sprint meeting at Crystal Palace on Monday, May 25.

Last year's hugely successful event for classic cars, the first at Crystal Palace in 25 years, attracted more than 3,000 visitors. And such was the success of the event organisers, the Sevenoaks & District Motor Club, expect an even better turnout this year and hope to double that figure.

Gates open at 9am with static displays all day. Racing timed runs start at 1pm with practice sessions throughout the morning. There is commentary, entertainment and refreshments. Entry is £6 for adults and £3 for children.
