Horror-loving readers who enjoy being terrified could get a glimpse of hell in this week's great competition.

Odeon Beckenham has joined forces with the News Shopper and Madame Tussauds to offer readers the chance to win one of five family passes to Madame Tussauds, in London, to see its new Jack the Ripper wax display.

The five winners will also receive a family ticket to the Odeon Beckenham. They will be able to see the new film from Johnny Depp (pictured right), From Hell (18) or something a bit more suitable for the kids during half-term week. And they will be taking home a From Hell t-shirt and a pocket watch too.

From Hell is a gripping thriller about the most notorious serial killer ever, Jack the Ripper. It is 1888 in London and the poor lead horrifying lives in the city's deadliest slum, Whitechapel.

Harassed by gangs and forced to walk the streets for a living, Mary Kelly and her small group of companions trudge on through the daily misery.

When their friend, Ann, is kidnapped they are drawn into a conspiracy with links higher than they could imagine. The kidnapping is soon followed by the gruesome murder of another woman, Polly, and it becomes apparent they are being hunted down, one by one.

The murder grabs the attention of Inspector Fred Abberline (Depp), a brilliant but troubled man whose police work is often aided by his psychic abilities.
