THAMES Valley Harriers' Jason Comissiong and Ross O'Donovan, both set records in the tally of 11 Valley Championship medals, won in the South of England Indoor Track & Field Championships at Bedford.
Pride of place must go to the Under 20 sensation Jason Comissiong, as he put together a good series of long jumps to record a championship best.
After a series of 6.30m, 6.64m, 6.94m, and 6.99m, he followed with his final winning leap which took him over the seven metre distance for the first time, as he recorded 7.14 metres.
He then followed this up with a silver medal in the triple jump with a leap, of 14.37m.
