THE ISLE of Wight Festival and Bestival are up for honours at this year’s UK Festival Awards.
The awards are decided by an online public vote and both events are up for the top accolade of Best Major Festival.
The headline performances of music legends Bruce Springsteen, at the Isle of Wight Festival, and Stevie Wonder, at Bestival, have been shortlisted for Best Headliner.
Bestival is in the running for Best Dance Festival, while both events are in line for the all important Best Toilets award.
The winners are due to be announced on December 3 at a ceremony in London.
