Richmond's Crossroads will be able to update its computers thanks to local Prudential staff.
The Crossroads scheme, which promotes, offers support and delivers respite services for carers and people with care needs, says it will use the cash for staff training on information technology.
Richmond upon Thames Crossroads received the £500 after Prudential's central London staff spent a week raising cash, with fireworks display, a mock Blind Date, sponsored cracker and jelly eating, a book sale, wine tasting and participation in a 10 kilometre race.
