GRAVESEND and Northfleet manager Andy Ford has vowed to make more personnel changes to build a squad capable of winning promotion to the Vauxhall Conference next season.
Ford, who on Monday said one more victory would ensure safety from relegation this year, has promised to keep the wheels of his Fleet revolution turning.
He said: "Next season we have got to go for it. To get promotion is a very tall order but that has to be our aim."
