Books mean fun

Students at Weston Academy, Totland. Pictures by Robin Crossley.

SCHOOLS turned over new leaves for World Book Day.

The day stretched into three on the Island with schools taking on board the message that reading is fun.

Charities also benefited from pupils paying to dress as their favourite book character or in mufti for the day as literature came to life.
