THE popular Downs Breezer bus service returns on Saturday for the summer season.

The Southern Vectis open top bus runs a circular route around the Isle of Wight, giving passengers breathtaking views.

The route starts in Ryde and makes its way through Sandown and Brading, before driving over the Downs to Newchurch, Arreton, Wootton and Fishbourne.

New stops include the Brading Roman Villa, Yaverland beach, Dinosaur Isle and the Isle of Wight Zoo.

The service runs daily from tomorrow until Sunday, August 31.

It departs Ryde bus station every 30 minutes from 9.55am with the final departure at 5.55pm.

Full of visiting oldies waving their bus passes no doubt.
What a pity people from England can use their bus passes here - or does the Council have any say on that?
