New stops include the Brading Roman Villa, Yaverland beach, Dinosaur Isle and the Isle of Wight Zoo.
The service runs daily from tomorrow until Sunday, August 31.
It departs Ryde bus station every 30 minutes from 9.55am with the final departure at 5.55pm.
