Brewery development plans

A TERRACE of three homes and gardens could be built on land at the former Ventnor Brewery.

The proposal is to leave the present brewery with its outbuilding intact, with the three-bedroomed houses filling in the site, with parking and gardens to the rear.

The development will use the existing pedestrian and vehicular access from the High Street.

Residents have until tomorrow (Friday) to comment.
