Burlesque returns after sell-out show

Isle of Wight performer Star Mystique is on the bill at The Webbed Foot Revue.

AFTER a sold-out event earlier this year, a group of burlesque performers are to hold another show.

Bumpkin Burlesque presents The Webbed Foot Revue, tonight (Friday), at Coburgs in Ryde, following a packed show at a smaller Isle of Wight venue earlier this year.

The night will feature 12 acts, cakes, by new company Petticoats & Frills, and cocktails.

Among the acts performing will be several mainland-based performers, including professional contortionist Rubber Ritchie, tribal fusion belly dancer Kitty Kohl and burlesque dancers Madaleine Soleil and Ms Moral Dilemma.

Organisers Noo Sondergaard and Rosie Hutton said they wanted to encourage Island talent, including performers Star Mystique, a fire hoop and fans specialist, magician Huxley Hunt and male burlesque dancer William Bellend.

Rosie, who said the night would be filled with surprises and entertainment, will also be performing.
