Penelope Smith, of St Elizabeth's RC Primary in Richmond, Jane York of the Queen's Primary in Kew, Victoria Colclough of Waldegrave School in Twickenham and Jan Gare from Grey Court School in Ham, were honoured at the reception, which was hosted by the Queen.
