The new Pinnacle Club which opens in Bromley in early August, may create as many as 100 jobs for the area. The multi-million pound facility in Hayes Lane will include two indoor heated swimming pools, a 10,000 sq ft gym, two exercise studios, five squash courts and a junior activities centre.

General manager Paul Dunham said: "We are about high quality customer service and are looking at being a one-stop facility for the family."

The site at Hayes Lane was purchased by Wates Leisure Limited in 1996 and construction started in October 1997. It will be Wates Leisure's third club to be opened this year in south-east England and its tenth in all. The company has been at the cutting edge of health and leisure development for 20 years but has recently undertaken considerable expansion. It has an excellent reputation within the industry for its commitment to training and career development.

For this, Wates Leisure was awarded the coveted Investors in People Award in August last year. Vacancies exist for fitness professionals, studio instructors, catering and bar staff, receptionists, crèche staff, beauty therapists and sales staff. Anyone interested should send a covering letter and resume to Paul Dunham, The Pinnacle Club, Hayes Lane, Bromley, Kent BR2 9EF.
