CAMRA members have voted Shanklin’s King Harry’s Bar the Isle of Wight pub of the year for the second year running.
It was the second year in a row that King Harry’s Bar beat S. Fowler and Co, Ryde’s J. D. Wetherspoon pub, into runner-up slot.
CAMRA said the biggest climber in the real ale chart was Newport Ale House which went from number 12 last year to third place.
The Island Brewery’s Earl’s RDA won beer of the year for the third year running.
Nearly one third of CAMRA’s 317 members registered votes.
