Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service was called to Daniel Street in Ryde to deal with a car fire. Picture by Ricky Pratt.
A CAR was destroyed by fire last night (Monday).
Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service was called at 5.58pm to reports of a Vauxhall well alight in Daniel Street, Ryde.
One fire engine from Ryde attended the incident.
The road was blocked while firefighters dealt with the blaze, which was extinguished by 6.24pm.
