SHANKLIN cliff lift has been closed due to an electrical fault.
The lift, between Shanklin Esplanade and the cliff path, is likely to be closed until Wednesday, May 23 according to the Isle of Wight Council.

Why is one able to comment on Shanklin Lift being closed and not on really important issues like 'future-of-council-assets-discussed'Or do questions have to be submitted by letter in advance including the anme and address of the questioner
