Concern for missing man

Isle of Wight police have launched an urgent appeal to help find missing man Jeff Johnson.

POLICE on the Isle of Wight have launched an urgent appeal for information to help find a vulnerable missing man.
A spokesman said: "Officers have concerns for the welfare of Jeff Johnson, 42, of Southampton, who was reported missing by his family this afternoon (Tuesday).
"Mr Johnson is believed to be in a vulnerable condition in the Newport, Carisbrooke and Parkhurst areas of the Island.
"Air and ground searches are continuing for him this evening. Hampshire Constabulary would like to thank volunteers from WightSAR for their assistance."
*Mr Johnson was found near Carisbrooke Castle today (Wednesday).
