Fun for all the family and all for a good cause - that is the attraction for entrants to this year's Guardian sponsored charity fun run for the British Home and Hospital for Incurables.

The charity event in Dulwich Park on Sunday, July 19, sees both a 10km run for serious runners with certified timing and placings, as well as a family fun run . The fun run includes a fancy dress competition with prizes for the best and most outrageous costumes. There are also medals for all finishers.

All money raised will go towards providing care for chronically sick and disabled people.

The family run gets underway at 11.30am with up to two laps of the track. All you have to do to make sure of your place is fill in the form above and send it off to the address given.
