A BOWLING event will kick off a series of sessions to find out about the needs of carers and young carers on the Isle of Wight tonight (Tuesday).
The Isle of Wight Council and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group is surveying carers’ needs as part of a plan to improve support.
A council spokeswoman said they were working with Carers UK and the YMCA to gather the views of carers, as well as inviting responses to an online survey and holding drop in sessions.
Representatives from Carers UK and YMCA will be at a free bowling event at Ryde Superbowl tonight (Tuesday) which has been organised for carers, those they care for, family and friends.
People have until February 8 to submit their views and the online survey is available here.
