TWO car fires took place within two hours on the same stretch of the M25 on Friday evening.
At 6pm Garston firefighters were called to a VW Passat that had caught fire between junctions 21 and 22, Watford to St Albans. The blaze is thought to have been caused by an electrical fault in the glove compartment.
An hour later a Range Rover's engine caught fire on the same section of the motoway. It is thought this was caused by oil leaking onto the manifold.
