The animal charity has halved the cost of implanting a minute microchip - the size of a grain of rice - under the skin of domestic animals.
Unlike identification collars, the microchip cannot fall off and is a foolproof form of identification for the entirety of an animal's life.
A special scanner is waved over the microchip, bringing the pet owner's details up on screen. The microchipping drive finishes tomorrow. Phone 020 8654 7465 for details.
