BEMBRIDGE Parish Council has agreed to refinance its £111,000 loan from the Public Works Loan Board.
The council borrowed the money in May last year, to fund the purchase of its new parish office, in Foreland Road.
Councillors agreed to move from the old council chamber, in the High Street, because it did not comply with disability laws and was no longer fit for purpose.
