BEMBRIDGE RNLI lifeboat was scrambled this morning (Monday) to help a motorsailer in difficulty.
The 10.1m motorsailer was south of Selsey, between Southsea and Bognor Regis, when the two-man crew found they could not adjust the sail.
Concerned they might not be able to control the boat as they approached the busy Chichester Harbour, they called for help.
The lifeboat was scrambled from the Isle of Wight shortly after 6am to help fix the problem, and the motorsailer was sent on its way.
