FIREFIGHTERS were called to a shed fire in Newport in the early hours of the morning (Wednesday).
Two crews from the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service responded to the incident in a garden on Albany Road.
Firefighters were called at 2.39am to tackle the blaze.
The crews extinguished the fire, dampened down the area and offered advice to the homeowner before leaving around an hour and half after arriving.
