Death penalty debate call from MP

While we are at it let us bring hanging back for the laws that Mr tony BLIAR got rid of not long after coming to power, TREASON laws, make Hanging compusary for any MP or minister who continues to deny that they are lying and are complicit in the destruction both of our country and our people,for signing our country over to a foreign unelected power and starting illegal wars for the profit of the 1%

People who do these horrendous crimes that we all hate, the crimes that make us all less secure in our own homes, at school or at work. Need publicly humiliating punishments.
Most serious criminals live a sheltered life in a clean cell with a toilet and TV that costs us all 10s of thousands of pounds a year per criminal.
When what is needed is hard laborur, a bed of straw to sleep on and definitely no TV, perhaps then crime will finally not pay, because at the moment crime does pay... That is why people like Dale Kreegan thrive in our society, young chavs look up to him, with his granades and guns.
They listen to songs glorifying guns and violence, rap music never shuts up about the subject.

Mr Turner should address his fellow mp s from Manchester and Nottingham and the home counties were most of these crimes are made not a phone in on the little i o w if hecares to rise at QT he might be ask to comment were it counts LORD GIVE ME STRENTH

The last polls carried out in this country that I can find anything about were about 50/50 on people in this country favouring the death penalty being brought back in this country for some circumstances (down from 70% in favour in the 70's) - that isn't the majority. There was even an e-petition that managed to get national coverage (bbc website etc...) which needed just 100,000 signatures (that's less than 1% of the UK population) to get put before parliament...and was asking the dealth penalty be brought back for child murderers and those who kill police officers in the line of duty. Well done to Andrew Turner (MP) for trying again to talk about what the majority of the British public want and that in this case is the reinstatement of the death penalty. I for one would definitely vote for it to be reinstated. The how’s and when’s would obviously have to be ironed out by the powers in charge that goes without saying but yes bring it back, lethal injection on death row, that’s what this country needs again, a serious reminder what lies in wait if you choose to cross the murder line. Bring back discipline to this broken country.

Do we know how many people are stopped from commiting murder by the death penalty being in place no ,but you are against it saying it does not work how do you justify your reaching this conclusion is it because you think you might end up on the wrong side of the law if this was brought back ,your answer to these problems is to do nothing and look where we are now ,even our brave police are not safe and the criminals are laughing up their sleeves because of the docooder and te PC brigade.

Of course the death penalty should be reused by the courts ,it is the best deterrent you will ever know.There have been more and more murderers let out on to the streets since it was abolished only to reoffend .It is the holier than thou people like you that has made our streets the violent places they are now ,because there are no deterents .

I think with an independent DNA testing facility, backed up by unedited CCTV footage proving the person was in the immediate area at the exact time, then I feel the death penalty could be thought about, BUT you have to remember that they have the death penalty in some states of the USA BUT still have murders going on, so it does not stop it happening, this is the point of it not working, people think bring it back then the UK will be a lovely safe place to live, WRONG.
But the UK should be a safe place, put a cap on immigrants coming in, get rid of the people spouting hate towards our country, then something should get better.
