Herne Hill Hariers' young athletes were in record breaking form in the Thameside League at Battersea Park on Saturday setting two new club bests.

They claimed three runners-up spots in the four age groups with Jaeden Clark and Alistair Hinze catching the eye.

Jaeden broke the club's U13s girls' high jump record, clearing 1.43m. Long jumper Alistair equalled the U13s record with a jump of 5.12m which puts him in the UK top 15.

There were also excellent wins for Basi Agboola in the girls' discus, Eniola Mafe in the 75m hurdles and Alistair Hinze in the 100m.
