COUNTY Show organisers said they were delighted with the standard of livestock entries at this year's event.
There were more than double the number of entries compared to last year, showcasing the agricultural excellence the Isle of Wight has to offer.
Farmer Emma Butchers, whose Hereford bull, Carter, was named best bull and supreme champion, said: "There is such a good atmosphere here.
"Farming has been through an incredibly hard time and it's important to support the County Show. It's important to the farming community on the Island."
The Isle of Wight Royal Agricultural Society event, held at the County Showground, Northwood, yesterday (Sunday), also included a poultry show, tractor parade and equestrian displays.
