IT'S time to get your body moving because Mr Motivator is in town next month for one of his cardio-funk workouts.

The famous keep-fit guru will be putting fellow fitness fanatics through their paces at Lee Valley Leisure Centre, Picketts Lock Lane, Edmonton, on Saturday, May 13, from 10.30am.

Launching the event in aid of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), the inimitable Mr Motivator said: 'You don't have to be super fit, just super enthusiastic.

'Men, women and children of all ages and abilities can do it.'

All participants are asked to raise money for the the charity or pay an entrance fee of £10 on the day.

Most of the money raised will go to the NSPCC for projects to help children who have suffered emotional, physical or sexual abuse.

The rest will go to Mr Motivator's own charity, which supports the National Association of Colitis and Chrohn's Disease and the British Institute of Brain Damaged Children.
