An electric performance from the entire team saw golds in abundance in all age groups from Under 15 to seniors, and in both the men's and women's categories.

By the end of the weekend the club had come away with 19 gold medals, and a total of 49 medals in all.

Gold medals went to Dedan Simmons in the U17 800m, Ruth Brereton in the 100 and the 400 hurdles, Alister Hinze in the U15 long jump with a new record of 6.36m.

Dominique Richards took gold in the senior 200 and long jump, Sabrina Scot in the senior 100m while Emma Whitter in the Senior 200m.

There was an uexpected gold for Ian Gillespie Smith in the U15 discus and shot with personal bests of 35m and 12.42m respectivly, while Olivia Hines took the 300m U17 title in a time of 41 seconds.

Chanelle Garnnett won the U17 long jump with her last jump of the competition, with a jump of 5.46m, she also scooped the 80m hurdles.

New team member Venesha Ellis from Wallington, took the Under 15 girls javelin title.

l This Saturday the women's team goes to Enfield in a league match and on Sunday there is a McDonalds league match for the women's team at Tooting, while the boys travel to Bournemouth.
