Fabric of IW woven into fashion design

Part of the design on the Liberty Arts fabric.

ISLE of Wight life is woven into a top fashion house’s fabric design.

An Isle of Wight print is included in the Gallery of Prints collection, by Liberty Art Fabrics of London.

At £22 a metre, the design was created in-house, using washes of ink and pen. It was inspired by vintage memorabilia found on Liberty’s fourth floor. Each design in the range pays homage to an area or department of Liberty’s.

Bembridge Windmill, Carisbrooke Castle, The Needles and Ventnor Esplanade are among featured attractions on the cotton fabric.
