With all the rain, I'm thinking the Isle of Wight needs re-drawing. The inlets are bigger and new ones have formed (especially between Thorley and Yarmouth)!

Just goes to show that if more houses at built at Arreton & everything paved over, about 15 acres, all the surface water will drain into Arreton stream which in turn will run into the river Yar making flooding at Langbridge & Horringford even worse that it is now !!
