A FLOOD alert has been issued tonight (Saturday) for the Isle of Wight coast.
The Environment Agency has warned people to prepare for possible flooding, particularly around high tide at 10.24pm.
Waves could be as high as five metres, leading to spray at Cowes and Yarmouth.
Sandbags are available at St Mary's car park, Cowes, and River Road car park, Yarmouth.
