Flower power for Isle of Wight florist

BEMBRIDGE Flower Shop has been accepted for the Good Florist Guide (GFG) — a web based directory of the finest florists in the UK.

Each florist shop or freelance florist invited to be in the guide has to pass a rigorous evaluation process before being approved.

This meant the shop had to submit a detailed description of their floristry business, including range available and services offered as well as images of the business premises, their design work, their team and even the delivery vehicle.

To celebrate their achievement and Mothers Day, the shop has launched a competition to win a bouquet of flowers worth £50.

For a chance to win, send a description of your mum or the person you feel most deserves the prize in no more than 50 words to info@bembridgeflowershop.co.uk, including your name, telephone number and the name of person you wish to receive the bouquet.

People can also enter via Facebook — by searching Bembridge Flower Shop — where the winner will be announced on Thursday, March 27.
