Natalie, who comes from Bexley but plays plays for Hayes Ladies, took four wickets as the Hertfordshire girls crumbled to an all-out total of just 14.
Earlier, when Kent had batted, Natalie's club-mate at Hayes Lydia Greenway, who scored 123 not out, set a new county opening partnership record with The Mote's Laura Boorman as Kent piled up 202-1 in their allotted overs.
This weekend, both Natalie and Lydia play for England's Under 17 side against a combined British university team at Loughborough University.
