A Hampstead man was forced to hand over his car worth £27,000 to robbers when he stopped at red traffic lights in Hendon on Thursday last week.
The 34-year-old victim was threatened as he sat in his blue R-registration BMW in The Burroughs ready to go southbound along Watford Way at 10.30pm.
Two white males, armed with a crow bar and knife, opened the driver's and passenger's doors which were unlocked and told the driver to get out.
One robber is described as about 33 years old, wearing a white T-shirt, dark trousers and a red bandana covering his nose and mouth and the other was wearing a white hankerchief to partially cover his face. The men got into the car and continued southbound.
Call PC Fender at Colindale police station on 020 8200 1212.
