AN event giving fundraisers the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a host of vehicles, including a fire engine, a double decker bus, a lorry and a tractor, has been postponed due to poor ticket sales.

The second Driving Challenge in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice and The Fire Fighters Charity was due to take place on Saturday, July 13.

The event has now been postponed until October. Go to or contact Kerry James on 01256 368 840 for more information.
