BRENTFORD Football Club supporters are urging Hounslow residents to get involved in the future of the club.
A Bee C, a political branch of Brentford supporters are annoyed at the lack of political momentum towards a new Community Stadium in the borough, and the general refusal by Hounslow Council to properly acknowledge the important role that Brentford FC has to play.
"Basically, we're trying to raise the awareness of the club within the borough of Hounslow," said committee member Paul Stedman.
Brentford are looking at introducing candidates at the local government elections in May to try and rally support to raise the profile of the club.
