AN EASTER family fun day, complete with a magic show and live music, raised hundreds of pounds for Isle of Wight charity Chelsea's Wishes.

Entertainment at the event, held at The Chequers pub, Rookley, on Easter Monday, included a chocolate egg hunt, arts and craft stalls, a bouncy castle, face painting and inflatable sumo suits.

The event has so far raised £500 for Chelsea's Wishes, a charity founded by the family of two-year-old Chelsea Turner, who was born with extensive brain damage.
