VOLUNTEERS from the Isle of Wight's Good Neighbour Scheme, run by Age UK Isle of Wight, are set to appear on television tonight (Monday).
A crew from BBC recently spent time filming a Good Neighbour Scheme induction course and interviewed some new volunteers about a Care4Care pilot scheme to feature in an Inside Out documentary.
Manager and development officer for Age UK IW Good Neighbour Scheme, Mark O'Sullivan, said: "The crew also went out with my colleague Gwen Glover and some more volunteers were filmed carrying out support with their respective clients around the Island."
The programme will be screened on Monday, October 15 at 7.30 pm on BBC1.
