WALKERS looking to make the most of the sunny weekend weather on the Isle of Wight have plenty to be happy about, with three popular routes re-opening.
The National Trust has completed work to repair the access to Brook Chine and worked with the Isle of Wight Council Rights of Way team to open temporary steps to Compton Beach.
The Isle of Wight Council has also re-opened a section of footpath along the River Medina, known as Medina Green Way. It runs between Seaclose and Island Harbour.
