Entries are now being accepted for this year's Guardian- sponsored Dulwich Charity Run for the British Home & Hospital for Incurables.

The 10km run and family fun run are on Sunday, July 19, with starts and finishes in Dulwich Park. There are medals for all finishers and prizes for the 10km run and prizes for the best fancy dress costume.

All you have to do to enter is fill in the form opposite and send it off to the address given.
