Plans to build houses at the former Yarmouth Police Station have been approved.
FURTHER details about plans for the former Yarmouth Police Station have been released.
The development, which as previously reported has been given the green light by Isle of Wight planners, features four three-bed houses with parking.
The plot has been bought by a private individual and does not include retail units.
When complete, the properties will be put on the open market.
Initial work should start in the next couple of months to minimise disruption in the High Street.
