Innovation will be top of the agenda this month when entrepreneur, Richard Bran-son, will take part in a simultaneous discussion with audiences in 37 locations across the country via a satellite link.
Business Link London will be hosting the London audience at Chelsea Football Club on March 31.
It is the seventh in a series of annual Innovation Lectures and this year will examine how innovation in management contributes to the overall process of innovation to produce outstanding results.
Mr Branson said: "It's important that organisations continue to challenge the status quo and develop better ways of doing business.
"An innovative business is one which lives and breathes "outside the box". It's not just about good ideas."
