Geoff Chapple has organised an extra training session for his playersthis week after this dismal draw against Northwich.
In their final game before Sunday's showpiece FA Cup clash withLeyton Orient they were lucky to come away with a point.
Chapple described them as "just rank bad" and said theydeserved to lose by three.
Injuries kept Simon Stewart and Kevin Rattray out of the side, and AlexWillgrass was not 100 per cent.
Boy wonder Gavin Holligan had such a quiet game Chapple is consideringnot starting with him on Sunday, believing recent media attention may havehampered his form.
Ks were poor in the first half, and although they picked up their game inthe second period, they hardly looked threatening. Geoff Pitcher nettedthe first goal after a driving run. But the lead lasted minutes.
It was a game Ks should have won to complete their first Conferencedouble of the season. Against Orient they will be the underdogs. Orientare the form side in Division 3, riding high in second place.
"If we don't improve we'll get murdered," saidChapple. "It's going to be very tough."
