Firefighting crews from Twickenham, Kingston and Ealing were called to the bungalow at 9.15am on Tuesday, May 2.
The loft, which was used as a storage area, was ablaze and firefighters battled to contain the flames.
Most of the roof was destroyed in the blaze. Two women were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, after they were led to safety by neighbours.
