A BECKENHAM woman cycled 874 miles in a bid to raise money for MS sufferers.
Jackie Burns, formerly of Churchfields Road, took up the daunting challenge of riding from Land's End to John
O'Groats in aid of the MS Society and Jackie's sister, Julie Saville, who also suffers from the disease.
The ride took just eight-and-a-half days to complete having averaged 97 miles a day.
A whopping £4,000 has been raised so far which will be distributed across a number of charities.
Jackie said: "I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated money for the ride. Everyone was so kind."
