AN event to celebrate the Isle of Wight could be linked in with the Isle of Wight County Show.
As previously reported, the Isle of Wight Council plans to stage a Celebrate the Isle of Wight event to promote Island produce.
Council leader Cllr David Pugh said: "We are in discussion with the Isle of Wight County Show to see whether promoting Island produce could be focused around the weekend of the County Show, perhaps with activity in other parts of the Island as well."
