VOLUNTEERS are urgently needed for Beachwatch litter surveys this weekend.

The West Wight Conservation Group, in conjunction with The Marine Conservation Society, will do a litter sweep tomorrow (Saturday) at Freshwater Bay, from 10am until lunchtime. People should meet on the esplanade by the Albion Hotel.

Surveys will also take place at Totland Bay on Sunday, from 10am until 12.30pm, and Colwell Bay from 1pm to 3pm.
