Acton has crashed into the top-ten of accident hotspots in London.
According to a survey carried out by Claims Plus, which handles claims on behalf of insurance companies, Acton was the scene of more accidents in six months than Kings Cross and came ninth on a London-wide chart.
The figures were based on the number of claims received for body repairs in a six-month period.
Worst was Mayfair with almost double any other area on 120, with Waterloo next was on 63. Acton recorded 31 damage accidents, and nearby Chiswick 37.
Some of the safest areas it seems, are Golders Green and Brent Cross.
Director of Claims Plus, Lorraine Wright said: 'Driving carefully is becoming a work of art.'
