THE next Red Funnel Cowes Food Show is to have a Halloween theme and will take place tomorrow (Sunday) from 10am to 5pm at Town Quay.

Following the success of the August show, it will have numerous food producers from across the Island congregating at Fountain Yard, Cowes, to showcase their wares.

Among them will be Isle of Wight Espresso, Ventnor Bay Fishery, the Tomato Stall, Brownrigg Crepes, the Garlic Farm, Sharon Orchard, Island Ales, Isle of Wight Cheese, Hamiltons, Freshwater bakery, the Dairy Deli and many more.

The show will feature food demos from Island chefs, including Robert Thompson, of The Hamborough, and talks from Isle of Wight producers, competitions, including under-12s best pumpkin carving and pumpkin recipes, as well as children’s entertainment.

• Admission is free. Another food show is already planned for Sunday, December 9, at the same venue.
